How far in advance should I make a booking?
We suggest booking at least 48 hours ahead for standard self-drive hire, and at least 3–5 days ahead for guided tours and the Anniversary Retreat Package, as preparation time is needed. That said, if your dates are more immediate, contact us directly and we will let you know what is available.
What documents are required to hire a vehicle?
For self-drive hire, you will need a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category. Singapore licence holders are welcome, as are visitors holding an International Driving Permit or a foreign licence from recognised countries. We review licence details at the point of handover and can clarify requirements when you enquire.
Is a driver's licence from another country accepted?
Visitors to Singapore may drive using a valid foreign licence, provided it is in English or accompanied by a certified translation. Countries with long-standing driving agreements — including most of Europe, Australia, Japan, and the United States — are generally accepted. If you are unsure about your licence, include that detail when you contact us and we will confirm.
What happens if I need to change or cancel my booking?
We understand plans shift. Changes made more than 48 hours before a booking can usually be accommodated without additional charge. Cancellations are reviewed case by case, with consideration given to preparation costs already incurred. We aim to be fair and straightforward about this — our full cancellation terms are set out in the Terms & Conditions.
Is insurance included in the hire price?
Yes. Third-party insurance is included with all hire options. The Day-Rate Self-Drive also includes comprehensive cover, with a standard excess applied in the event of an incident. The scope of coverage is detailed in your booking documentation. If you have specific questions about what is covered, we are happy to walk through it.
Can the Anniversary Retreat Package be adjusted to our preferences?
In many cases, yes. While the core package includes set items — the vehicle preparation, sparkling wine, flowers, and handwritten card — there is some flexibility around the route, timing, and driver arrangement. Reach out with your plans and we can discuss what is possible.
Where are you located, and do you deliver vehicles?
Our office is at 391A Orchard Road, #15-08, Ngee Ann City Tower A, Singapore 238873. For the Day-Rate Self-Drive, we offer delivery to your address within Singapore in the morning and collection in the evening. The Scenic Island Tour and Anniversary Retreat Package also include pick-up from your location.
