Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable law:

• Booking and transaction records: up to 7 years, for financial and legal compliance
• Enquiries that did not result in a booking: up to 12 months
• Website analytics data: up to 26 months (as standard for Google Analytics)
• Cookie consent records: up to 12 months

After the applicable retention period, data is deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be associated with you.
